Self-confessed, die-hard foodies with family and hospitality at the heart of everything we do.
As Individuals we have always worked in the hospitality industry. Chris started his chef apprenticeship as a means to create some income whilst studying an audio engineering degree, but quickly found that he had a natural flair for cookery, in terms of both composition and presentation.
Once completing his apprenticeship, he flourished and quickly found himself in demand and was made executive chef of many fine dining restaurants, before starting Little Coco’s.
Clementine spent her early working life working in the café scene, with a slight obsession towards coffee, before moving on to management. In her spare time she has little by little been learning the art of patisserie and cake decorating through self teaching and short courses at the Australian Patisserie Academy.
Early in our family life, we decided to join our skills and open a café ‘Little Coco’s’ in our hometown, Armidale, in New England NSW. After working solidly on this for over 6 years, we made the decision to focus on the rapidly expanding catering side of the business to better suit family life. Six years on and there are no regrets whatsoever!
