EQUIPMENT HIRE

We wish we had enough hands and feet to be able to look after everyone — however we are only human! If you consider yourself a bit of a chef and want to have a go at cooking for your own function, here’s a list of items we have for hire that might help you out! Chaffing Dishes

These are standard full size Gastronorm pans and come with a lid and stainless steel tray —chaffing fuel is not included. We offer a standard stainless steel frame ($22 incl. GST for 48 hours) or a rustic wooden frame ($33 incl. GST for 48 hours). A $22 cleaning fee will apply if not returned clean.

Paella Pans and Burners

We have three sizes of paella pans and burners to choose from. Chris won’t tell you his secrets but he will show you how to set them up and use them. You will need to supply gas and a $55 cleaning fee will apply if not clean upon return.

Cooks 15 - 20 serves: $55 incl. GST for 48 hours

Cooks 20 - 30 serves: $77 incl. GST for 48 hours

Cooks 40 - 50 serves: $99 incl. GST for 48 hours

Main Meal Ceramic Plates

Our dimpled grey ceramic plates suit a variety of styles. They are priced at $1.50 each (incl. GST) for 48 hours and must be returned clean. We require a minimum hire of 20 plates.

Cutlery

These stainless steel cutlery pieces are charged per unit for 48 hours, require a minimum hire of 20 units for each type and must be returned clean.

Mains Forks: .55c incl. GST

Cake Forks: .55c incl. GST

Hot Water Urns

Our hot water urns have a capacity of 8 litres. They are available for hire for $22 incl. GST for 48 hours and must be returned clean.
